Your privacy is important to us and maintaining your trust is our priority. This Privacy Notice informs you how the information submitted by you or collected by Saudi Aramco through this Site (and elsewhere) may be processed for the purposes set out below. The term Site refers to Websites, domains or Applications operated by the Aramco Group, including those of LAB7.

To whom do we disclose your Information?

However, we may disclose your information to the following entities: Affiliates – Your information may be shared Saudi Aramco affiliates. Saudi Aramco affiliates are not all located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which means that information provided by you or collected and processed by this Site may be transmitted and transferred to outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and may be available in the European Union, the United States, and other jurisdictions outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As referred to in our Terms of Use policy, Saudi Aramco may use social media and other publicly available websites to communicate with the wider public, or as part of our normal business activities. This includes reviewing publicly available social media profiles, such as your or your startup’s LinkedIn page, or other accounts, such as “X” (formerly Twitter) or Meta platform profiles. We use the information on these websites, social media platforms in line with their applicable terms of use. Please note, we use the information available on the websites to cross check and validate any information provided to Us. This includes statements and claims made to us about your idea, product or technology, its history and development, including but not limited to any claimed endorsements, or results. We may use Social media platforms to promote LAB7, we will ask for your consent to confirm you’re comfortable for your image or video to appear in promotional materials.What do we do to keep your Information secure?
We have put in place reasonable physical and technical measures to safeguard the information we collect in connection with the Services. However, please note that although we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no website, Internet transmission, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure.International Transfer
We store and process your Personal Data predominantly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, however as part of our normal course of business, it may be transferred to other jurisdictions. Your Personal Data may be shared with and processed by Saudi Aramco or other Aramco Group subsidiaries and affiliates outside of the country in which your Personal Data was collected. It may also be accessed or processed by staff operating outside of that country. The laws on processing such Personal Data in these locations may be less stringent than in your country.
